ARTICLE V. Committees
- The Executive Committee
shall consist of the president, president-elect, immediate past-president,
and secretary/treasurer.
- Actions shall be taken
by individual members of the Executive Committee only if approved
by at least three members of the committee.
- Other committees may
be selected temporarily by the Executive Committee to perform
specified functions. Such committees may consist of members or
nonmembers of the society as required. Normally, the terms of
such ad hoc committees shall not exceed two years.
