ARTICLE VIII: Amendments
- Amendments to these
bylaws may be sent to the secretary so that they are received
at least 30 days prior to the annual business meeting. Amendments
should be re-viewed by the Executive Committee and circulated
to the members before the annual business meeting. Amend-ments
must be voted on favorably by a majority of the members and associate
members attending the annual business meeting and by three-quarters
of all the members and associate members voting via a mail ballot
that shall describe the amendment and reasons for its adoption.
