31st Annual Meeting for the Society for the Stimulus
Properties of Drugs.

Sunday, October 18th as a satellite meeting of the Society for
Neuroscience in Chicago, IL

We are now accepting abstracts for
both ORAL and POSTER presentations. Please send abstacts to SSPD
President Joseph Porter.

TOPIC
If you have a suggestion for this
year's round-table discussion topic (the discussion topic last year was
"What is partial substitution"), please contact Joseph Porter.
If you plan to attend the meeting,
please RSVP with the SSPD President, Joseph Porter, Ph.D.
(jporter@vcu.edu). The registration fee is 20USD (see
registration form and meeting announcement here.
This meeting is open to all
investigators and students interested in the stimulus properties of
drugs.
What can YOU do for SSPD?

Attend the 2009 annual meeting in Chicago, IL.
•
Pay your membership dues ($30.00 full members, $20 student members).
•
Submit an abstract to give a presentation or a poster at this
year’s meeting.
•
Attend the business meeting to nominate officers for the next two years.
•
Help recruit new members by inviting your students and colleagues to
attend the meeting in Chicago
All investigators involved in
research
on the stimulus properties of drugs are invited and encouraged to
submit an abstract to be considered for presentation at the meeting.
There will be a light dinner
buffet
and a cash bar at the meeting. Due to budgetary constraints this year
there will be a meeting registration fee of $20 to help cover the cost
of the food and the meeting. The registration fee for the meeting is in
addition to the annual membership dues.
