Confused about where to find the best source of information
on drug discrimination?
Check out the Drug Discrimination Database located
at http://www.dd-database.org/.
This database is sponsored by NIDA grant DA-04376. The bibliography
is maintained by our past-president, Ian Stolerman, and the website
is maintained by Jonathan Kamien. The database has citations for
drug discrimination studies from 1951-present, including abstracts.
It is indexed according to training drug, test drugs, species,
etc. and may be searched by keyword, author, title or journal.
The bibliography may also be downloaded.
ARE YOUR PAPERS INCLUDED?
Could all members of SSPD please provide information
about book chapters and reviews involving drug discrimination
that they have published in the last two years? This would be
very helpful in ensuring the database is comprehensive because
these types of publication are otherwise difficult to identify.
Please send the information to Ian Stolerman, Institute of Psychiatry,
De Crespigny Park, London SE5 8AF, UK (i.stolerman@iop.kcl.ac.uk).
It may be in the form of relevant pages from your c.v. or reprints
if available. I shall be most grateful for your cooperation. Ian
Stolerman
